Vinyasa Flow Yoga [All Levels]
For those with less than 6 months of yoga experience or simply looking to refresh their basic technique, this ongoing class moves at a slower pace and helps the student achieve confidence to progress systematically. Clear and approachable instruction is given covering basic beginner poses, including standing poses, seated poses, forward bends, simple backbends, and twists. Breathing and relaxation techniques are also presented. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A lively and flowing sequence of poses coordinated with breath.  Classes are gauged by the experience in the room.  Sequences may include deep twists, arm balances, and inversions. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Rise & Shine Yoga
Rise and Shine in morning yoga.  This class varies between Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Yin/Yang Yoga depending on the participants vibe.  All styles are open level offering many options within the postures to accommodate all yogis. Class Duration: 75 Minutes

Morning Cup of Yoga
Better than coffee, these soothing poses will prepare your body to move through the day with ease or into another physical activity.  Some postures will be seated, some will be standing, ALL will be appreciated by the body. An open level class. Class Duration: 75 Minutes

Yoga for Healing
A fusion of yin, flow, and trauma-releasing yoga asanas. Classes typically begin with a brief healing meditation and/or breathing exercise. We then access deeper tissues through specific poses designed to promote emotional healing; from there, we begin building a flow sequence, creating heat and strength, and finally transitioning into a set of 7 trauma-releasing exercises aimed at providing a healing, emotional release. Class Duration: 75 Minutes

Prana Mudra GOOD

Candlelight Yin Yoga
A vital part of any yoga practice. Yin yoga includes 7 or 8 poses which are held for a substantial amount of time (5-7 min), allowing students to access connective tissue necessary for flexibility, range of motion, and graceful aging. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Body Sculpt
A high impact full body workout. This one hour class starts with a full body warm up and core enlivening sequence. Then we get the heart pumping and muscles working with two sections of High Intensity Interval Training- open to ALL levels many options are given to find your intensity level. Then we move through a cool down and thorough stretching to have you feeling good all day long.  Running shoes, a small towel, and water are recommended. Class Duration: 60 Minutes

Yoga Basics – Level 1 – Beginner Yoga
An opportunity to learn or fine tune your yoga practice.  Yoga will introduce basic yoga poses, sun salutations, and pranayama for first time yogis or for those experienced practitioners who want to strengthen their roots.  If you have been wanting to get into (or back into) yoga, but words like “Vinyasa” or “Flow” are slightly intimidating to you – start here with some yoga 101.  Set your roots and see where you can blossom from here. Class Duration: TBD


Intermediate Yoga – Level 2 – Posture Workshops
This practice offers you the opportunity to build your practice with more advanced postures. Your teacher will create a safe environment to help you deepen and explore your personal practice. If inversions and arm balances are seeming out of reach, we are here to guide you into them.  Bliss is the limit! Class Duration: TBD
