Each class at Estudio Casa del Sol aims to incorporate some aspect of the 8 limbs of yoga and may include pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditations, inspiring themes and intentions, chanting, aromatherapy, mindful music selection and more. We want you to leave feeling at peace with your mind, body, and spirit.

All levels are welcome!  All we ask is that you come with an open mind and a willingness to have some fun!

Regular class: $8 USD

5 class card: $35 USD

Private class: $35 USD for one person, $10 per extra person, 90 mins in length

Please note from March 1st to March 29th, 2018, there will be no morning classes. Please join us every afternoon in the studio for the 5 pm practice. The perfect prelude to sunset!


Vinyasa Flow Yoga [All Levels]

For those with less than 6 months of yoga experience or simply looking to refresh their basic technique, this ongoing class moves at a slower pace and helps the student achieve confidence to progress systematically. Clear and approachable instruction is given covering basic beginner poses, including standing poses, seated poses, forward bends, simple backbends, and twists. Breathing and relaxation techniques are also presented. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A lively and flowing sequence of poses coordinated with breath.  Asanas taught are gauged by the experience in the room.  Sequences may include more difficult postures such deep twists, arm balances, and inversions. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Rise & Shine Yoga

Start your day off right with some morning yoga!  This class varies between Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Yin/Yang Yoga depending on the participants vibe.  All styles are open level offering many options within the postures to accommodate all yogis. Class Duration: 75 Minutes

Astanga Inspired

If you love Vinyasa but find Ashtanga’s primary long seated sequence a bit boring, this class was created for you! Ashtanga Inpsired is the perfect “masala,” or mixture, of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga postures. In this 90 minute class, Ashtanga asanas from  first and second series will be mixed in a non-orthodox order, leaving more space for new challenges and surprises for both beginners and more experienced Ashtangis.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

A vital part of any yoga practice. Based on the Taosit concept of opposing but complementary principles in natures. Yin yoga consists of 8 to 10 poses which are held for a substantial amount of time (5-7 min), allowing students to access connective tissue through a fasical release which is necessary for flexibility, range of motion, and graceful aging. Class Duration: 90 Minutes

Yoga Basics – Level 1 – Beginner Yoga

An opportunity to learn or fine tune your yoga practice. Yoga will introduce basic yoga poses, sun salutations, and pranayama for first time yogis or for those experienced practitioners who want to strengthen their roots. If you have been wanting to get into (or back into) yoga, but words like “Vinyasa” or “Flow” are slightly intimidating to you – start here with some yoga 101. Set your roots and see where you can blossom from here. Class Duration: 75 minutes

Intermediate Yoga – Level 2 – Posture Workshops

This practice offers you the opportunity to build your practice with more advanced postures. Your teacher will create a safe environment to help you deepen and explore your personal practice. If inversions and arm balances are seeming out of reach, we are here to guide you into them. Bliss is the limit! Class Duration: 75 minutes

Yoga Rocks

A positive way to start your weekend!  A high energy progressive flow class where we build a sequence of postures together, adding one at a time until we have a choreographed dance of asanas!  All levels welcome, as long as you like to have fun!
