We feel so lucky to be able to teach yoga in a little piece of paradise!!!!  Located a short walk on the north on the beach from Montanita, we offer a schedule full of varied classes in an organic, bamboo, ocean view studio. As the first yoga studio in this small coastal town, our goal was to introduce the practice of yoga to the locals, while offering a place for travelers to reinvigorate their bodies and minds. With a team of full time teachers from all over the world and workshops from incredible instructors who pass through here, we couldn’t ask for anything more. We hope to see you soon!

We are excited to announce our 6th, 200-hour teacher training course certified by Yoga Alliance. Come and enjoy this immersion into all aspects of yoga. You will be able to experience and learn everything from pranayama and chanting to Devangari, from Ashtanga yoga to Restorative, from muscles to emotions, the history and the mystery of the philosophy, and stillness to movement. It all plays a part in the practice of yoga!
